Criminal Law and Administration (20061). 4 units. An introduction to criminal law and its administration, including the requisites of criminal responsibility, the defenses to liability, inchoate and group crimes, sentencing, and the roles of legislature, prosecutor, judge, and jury. This course is given in several sections; it must be taken before graduation.
