Administrative Law (20170). 4 units. This course will review the legal and practical foundations of the modern administrative state. Topics will include the creation of administrative agencies and the non-delegation doctrine, the internal process of adjudication and rulemaking in administrative agencies, judicial review of administrative action, the organization of the executive branch, liability for official misconduct, and beneficiary enforcement of public law.
