A panel discussion of the Mensalao corruption case in Brazil. Some say the case is politically motivated, while others point out that the judges who found Lula's chief of staff guilty of corruption were mostly Lula appointees. Still, there are important constitutional questions, such as whether the Supreme Court has, as its newly appointed President maintains, the power to remove sitting legislators from office.
