Many of you may remember Seun Adebiyi (YLS '09) as an outspoken poster to The Wall.  Whether offering flights in a charter small craft over the Hudson River or seeking advice and support in his quest to become the first Nigerian to participate in the Winter Olympics, he was hard to ignore and certainly even harder to forget.

So it was with great sadness, that we discovered that Seun was diagnosed with lymphoma and leukemia this summer. Now, he is in chemotherapy and searching for a donor for a bone marrow transplant.

The Yale Black Law Students Association, in partnership with the Be the Match Foundation, will host a Bone Marrow Registration Drive here at the Law School on November 9, 2009.  If you have not already registered with the Be the Match Foundation, we hope that you will take the time (5 minutes or so) to register either during our drive or by joining the registry directly on the Be the Match Foundation Website and using Seun's promo code: CM869.
