Follow the steps below to submit an event.

Check the select calendar list above and make sure you are submitting your event to the correct calendar. You should only have one calendar selected. For a Law School Event select the Law School Events Calendar, for an AV request please open the Requests for AV Services Calendar and Sumbit an Event, to reserve the Computer Classroom please go to YLS ITS Computer Classroom Calendar and Submit an Event.
Fill in the form--Items marked with a red asterisk must be filled in.
When finished click the submit button.

How to enter event dates and time/s

From the drop down menu choose the timing of your event--Timed, Untimed or All Day
If your event is just one day and does not re-occur, fill in the date of the event by typing it into the date box or using the Calendar Picker to select it. Timed events must have a start and end time -- unless you choose "no end time" or "end time goes into next day".
If your event spans more than one day or has more than one occurence select Multi Day. This will expand the window and allow you to select more than one day.
