Master Calendar








Follow the steps below to submit an event.
  1. Check the select calendar list above and make sure you are submitting your event to the correct calendar. You should only have one calendar selected. For a Law School Event select the Law School Events Calendar, for an AV request please open the Requests for AV Services Calendar and Sumbit an Event, to reserve the Computer Classroom please go to YLS ITS Computer Classroom Calendar and Submit an Event. 
  2. Fill in the form--Items marked with a red asterisk must be filled in.
  3. When finished click the submit button.

Event Times
(If timed event is selected then a start and end time must be entered).



List email addresses for invitees. Separate with commas or semicolons.
